Agave Sec is a combination of Agave syrup and triple sec (orange) liqueur.

Agave is the plant used to make tequila and it's syrup is quite often used in the States as a natural sweetener. It is reputed to have several health benefits. 

This liqueur was primarilly formulated to be used in the classic margarita. The agave syrup adds a good twist to the flavour, adding intensity and a slight herbal edge which combines nicely with the citrus from the triple sec.
