A malt that has been well prized by blenders for years. Balblair is one of those whiskies that has been ignored as a single malt but is now becomming more popular. Lighter than its age would suggest. This is a very soft, pure and clean malt full of peach, pear, custard and vanilla flavours. Lots of bourbon cask influence here. A great malt to try with dessert!
