An extremely rare bottling of Armagnac from the 1931 vintage. Delord are one of the best producers in the Armagnac region and this represents very good value for money when compared to whiskeys and cognac of the same age. Ideal for someone special with an 80th birthday coming up.

Note this is bottled in a 50cl bottle.

Official Tasting Notes:

Amber colour with orangey and green tints. Very powerful nose with fragrances of prunes, cocoa and rancio (sign of a well-mastered maturation) and pepper, but also of alcohol. The flavours in the mouth are fat, with a certain astringency - the result of a long period of cask ageing. You find flavours of butter, rancio and caramel on the palate.
