Official Tasting Notes:

Notice first of all the pretty dark topaz colour with red and slightly green shades on the edges. The bouquet is fairly intense and very characteristic: aromas of sous bois, trodden leaves, spices, rancio, Seville oranges and chocolate. The ample, round and very fat mouth offers a hint of bitterness that is rather pleasant. The flavours on the palate are very strong: chocolate, orange.
