Cask selection: 50 / 50 split between 1st fill American bourbon barrels (1st fill) and traditional hogsheads (3rd & 4th fill)

Nose: Spicy, nutty, honey, vanilla, floral, fruity with well balanced wood overtones
Colour: Mid-amber, hints of gold
Taste: Very full bodied, rich honey, vanilla with hints of apple, spice, chocolate and nuts
