Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green
Nose A good mix of spice and fruity vibrance. The cummin takes centre stage and is complimented by juniper, grapefruit, angelica and coriander.
Palate Thick and mouth-filling, very smooth and soft without much burn from the alcohol. The flavours are more citrus dominated than the nose suggests with the spice elements coming through strongly on the finish. This is a serious gin, try it in a Negroni or classic Martini where the flavour should really shine.
Colour Bright and clear
