Nose: Vibrant and fruity with aromas of gooseberries, nettles, cut grass, a hint of sea air accompanied by apricot, lime and guava.

Palate: Dry and crisp with plenty of hoppy bite. An almost salty tang gives way to flavours of marmalade. kumquats, apricots and grapefruit.

Finish: Herbaceous and crisp and dry.
