Nose: Lightly malty with enticing aromas of lime, lemon and apricot.

Palate: Dry and crisp with good bitterness. Flavours of granny smiths, apricots and some nettle-like herbaceous notes.

Finish: Clean, dry and crisp becoming more herbaceous.
