Caorunn GinA unique gin that is distilled at the Balmenach whisky distillery in Scotland. They use an ancient copper berry chamber and distil in very small batches of around 1000 litres. As well as the traditional botanical the distillery uses local wild herbs and berries such as Rowan Berry, Coul Blush Apple, Heather and Bog Myrtle.
Tasting notes: Caorunn is a dry and crisp, naturally balanced gin. Appearance Perfectly clear like pure Scottish Highland water. Aroma Fresh, floral, citrus, slightly spicy and aromatic. Flavour Clean, crisp, sweet, full bodied and aromatic. Finish Invigorating, long lasting, refreshing, crisp and slightly drying.
