A richly flavoured malt with a good amount of sherry casks balanced perfectly by the addition of judisciouly selected bourbon cask matured whisky. Aromatic and spicy on the nose with heady notes of marmalade and kumquat. The palate is full bodied and complex with rich flavours of spice, vanilla pod and sherry.
