A hard to find and under-appreciated single malt. Glencadam distillery recently re-opened having been mothballed for around ten years. It is situated in Brechin on the east coast of the Scottish Highlands.

Juicy, sweet and balanced with a slight salty tang. Lots of mellow honey, vanilla and oak flavoured. Smooth, gentle and malty.
