A limited edition bottling from Cooley distillery. A 15 year old single grain matured entirely in Bourbon barrels and limited to just 5000 bottles worldwide. Gold Medal and Best in Class, International Wine & Spirit Competition 2009.

Tasting Notes:

Nose; Soft, sweet corn, delicious hints of vanilla, honey and oak.

Palate: Melt-in-the-mouth richness, silky smooth honey start combining with fresh almonds and spices, a hint of barley for good measure.

Finish: Warm honey taste lingers in the mouth with a dry finish.
