A warm plume of peat smoke is evident in the nose covering soft and sweet cereal notes. The taste is very soft with the peat giving way to soft fruits typical of Cooley. The finish waxes and wanes between soft fruit and sweet vanilla and a dying peat fire. Delightful and deserving wider acclaim.
