The Hakushu Distillery is commonly known in Japan as 'the forest distillery', as it is located within a vast, evergreen forest in the foothills of the Japan-Alps region of central Japan.

The 10 year-old Hakushu is aged in American oak and is a lightly peated, floral style.

Aroma: Floral/fragrant, mint, green grass, green apple
Taste: Very fragrant, hint of cream, dry
Finish: Elegant floral, smoky, smooth
