A fantastic single cask Pure Pot Still Midleton bottled exclusively for the Celtic Whiskey Shop!

Distilled on the 8th March 1995 and bottled in November 2009, the first fill bourbon cask has filled less than 300 bottles. Non chill-filtered and bottled at 46%.

Aromas of honey, toasted oak, marshmallow and freshly baked bread. Rich and smooth on the palate with crisp pot still characters to the fore. Flavours of vanilla, toast and honey with some hints of ginger and spice. Very smooth and mellow to the finish.
