Paddy Irish WhiskeyFamously named after Cork distillers flamboyant sales rep who built up a huge following for the product by being over generous with samples - or was he just before his time and recognised the worth of consumer tastings!
Traditionally, a pot still whiskey, its now a blend of pot still and grain with a touch of both Bushmills & Midleton malt. 'Everything about this whiskey is light and airy. Very elegant indeed, though it works best with just a drop of water' Peter Mulryan The Whiskies of Ireland. I would suspect that the malt whiskey used is now from Midleton rather than Bushmills.
