Payment, Delivery & Shipping Details

Important Information

With the exception of our UK and Ireland delvieries we are sending all orders via some new shipping companies. At the moment all deliveries beyond the UK and Ireland may be subject to extra customs and security inspections. Therefore we have to pass on the element of risk to each customer. When ordering with us you may be liable for extra customs or import duty charges, and in the event of undelivered or returned shipments we will also be unable to refund any postage costs. We will do out best to make sure parcels do not incur any extra charges but in some circumstances they may be unavoidable.

We also require all customers to double check that their details are correct when placing an order. Contact telephone numbers and correct post/zip codes are essential for most destination countries. We will not be able to offer compensation for any deliveries delayed, returned or undelivered due to incorrect address and contact details.

Payment Methods:

All online sales are securely processed by Realex Payments. Payments can be made by either Visa or Mastercard. You can choose to pay in Euro, US Dollars or British Pounds. If you are paying by Paypal you will be re-directed to their site to make your payment. 

At the moment payment by American Express, Maestro or Laser can only be processed by email or phone. If you'd like to pay by one of these methods or by bank transfer, I recommend emailing the order, shipping information plus gift message and/or special instructions and then phoning with payment details.
