A fantastic limited edition single cask bottling that was made to celebrate the first ever Whiskey Live Dublin.

The cask number reads V09-10 #336 and the whiskey has been finished in a single Sherry cask. Bottled at 58.5%. This was the best selling whiskey at the event and really is something a bit special.

Our Tasting Notes:

At full strength

Spirity and spicy on the nose with aromas of nutmeg, cloves, marzipan, creme caramel and brazil nuts.

Powerful and sweet on the palate. Softer than you would think at 58.5%. Full bodied and viscous with ripe fruits flavours of galia melon, lemon curd, lemon shortbread, toffee apple and custard. The finish is dry, spicy and very long.

With water

Soft on the nose with aromas of baked bread, sultanas, bread and butter pudding, tangerines, marmalade and spice. The palate is sweet and full bodied with flavours of mandarine, kumquat, oranges, cloves, nutmeg and lemon curd. Very fruity and spice on the finish.
