Mary’s Meals is a global movement that sets up school feeding projects in some of the world’s poorest communities where hunger and poverty prevent children from gaining an education. The charity provides one daily meal in a place of learning to attract chronically poor children into a classroom where they receive an education that can, in the future be their ladder out of poverty. Mary’s Meals began by feeding 200 children in Malawi in 2002, today the charity is feeding over 1 million children every school day.

A full-house on the night will see 135 more children fed each day for an entire year.
