Greco di Tufo is the most noble of the southern Italian grapes. It was known in ancient times as Aminea gemella, as it developed a large number of double clusters. The Cutizzi is aged for 4-5 months on its lees, with regular batonnage. The palate offers white and green fruit and some mint.
