Connemara 17 Year-Old, Cask Number 112 was first tasted on our recent customer trip to Cooley Distillery. We tasted this stunning whiskey from cask and bought it on the spot!
Almost bronze in colour, showing a strong sherry influence. On the nose it has gentle smoke, dried fruits, smoky bacon, praline chocolates & madeira cake. The palate is immediately smoky giving way to flavours of dates, crème caramel & cocoa. The finish is dry and long, leaving a taste of sweet smoke & spice.
