The grapes for the late harvest were picked from the beginning until the very end of November from several selections. They were medium concentrated but very fine and clean clusters (or part of clusters), characterized by shrivelling (’passerillage’) rather than by the botryitis.

Nose | Aromas of lime marmalade, citrus, honey and a touch of spice. |
Palate | Sweet on the palate, medium bodied with high acidity and very nice balance. Good concentration of fruit with flavours of lemon, apricots, marmalade and peach. Excellent finish. |
