Maison Roche de Bellene Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Chenevottes
Located at the border with Saint-Aubin, below the Premier Cru Les Vergers, is the appelation of Les Chenevottes. It is a beautiful premier cru, from a tiny, east-facing parcel planted in 1978 on clay and limestone soil. The emphasis at Roche de Bellene is on individual terroirs from vieilles vignes (old vines – 40 years or older) that are farmed responsibly.
