The Sauvignon Blanc takes centre stage with a little Germanic quality coming from the Schoenberger. The result is a typical cool-climate styled wine with floral and herbal nuances.

Nose Interesting and enticing with aromas of grapefruit, nettles, white pepper, white flowers, lemon and lychee.
Palate Dry and medium bodied with high/refreshing acidity. Flavours of green apples, grapefruit, nettles, lemon, lime and lychees.
Finish Zesty and floral. Finishing with a Germanic flourish of white flowers and green fruit.
Colour Bright lemon yellow.
