Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green
Nose Raspberry, blueberry, black cherries, black pepper, and nutmeg. Nicely balanced.
Palate Dry and medium- to full-bodied, high acidity, and medium-soft tannins. Nice balance. Flavours of ripe cherries, blueberries, blackberries. Gentle spice. Good integrated acidity.
