Lopez Cristobal Seleccion
Harvested from 40 year old vines found at 810 metres above sea level, the Tempranillo grapes are hand picked from the calcareous and clay soils with percission and care. This is then barrel agedfor a period of 15 months in French oak barrels. The result is every bit as decadent as can be expected: brilliant black cherry in colour, complex and delicate on the nose with bursts of ripe and black fruit aromas, spices, chocolate, marmalade, caramel.
