Chateau de Corcelles Boujolais Rosé
The "Rosé d'une Nuit" takes its name from its vinification. Nights are short during the harvest, 4 to 6 hours maximum. A very pale rosé, flesh color. A nose of pepper and fresh berries. Lively on the palate, both light and beautifully refreshing. A great match to fresh salads, fish, shellfish, goat cheeses and cold meats. Serve chilled around 9-10 °.
