A very exciting first collaboration with DOT Brew to celebrate the launch of Craft Beers Delivered.com in 2020. This a superb Imperial Stout of which 80% has been aged in ex-15 Year Old Single Malt ex-PX Sherry cask for 10 months and then the other 20% has been aged in an Irish blended whiskey ex-dark rum cask for 6 months. Surprisingly easy to drink at 9.7%, this barrel aged stout is full to the brim of big flavours - dried fruits, caramel, roasted nuts, dark chocolate. Perfect for those winter nights!
