All grapes are harvested by hand and are certified organic. Drinking very well now, the wine will continue to age and develop for the next 10+ years under careful cellaring.

Nose The nose is complex and deep. Dark fruits mix with with herbaceous tones and hints of mocha and sweet spice.

Flavour Equally complex, the palate delivers more intense black fruits that carry right through. There are earthy and smoky notes that linger in a long intense finish.
