This spectacular vineyard comes from a single vineyard called "Mourre des Pedrix". The terroir is made up of multiple soil types and each imparts a unique characteristic to the grapes. All grapes are harvested by hand and are certified organic. Drinking very well now, the wine will continue to age and develop for the next 10+ years under careful cellaring.
