Etsu Double Yuzu
Unlike the other two Etsu gins, Etsu have their Double Yuzu created at the Akita distillery on Honshu Island. A fresh, citrusy, light gin. The gin draws its inspiration and ingredients from the Ou Mountains, the longest mountain range in Japan. Made using traditional botanicals such as Japanese Yuzu, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica, coriander, and matcha. The end result is a fresh gin with citrus notes, and a unique and light finish.
