Glendalough Wild Blackberry & Mountain Heather Gin
An exclusive release from Glendalough distillery, the Wild Blackberry and Mountain Heather Gin. This gin was made in August when the Wicklow hedgerows were full of blackberries and the mountains around the distillery change colour from green to purple. The heather is then picked when they are in full bloom and the pollen makes the mountain air smell like honey. This natural sweetness of the fruit and pollen make the gin just sweet enough, no sugar added.
