| Nose | A balance of coconut and banana on one hand with vanilla and candy orange on the other. A mild spice towards the end of the arrival. |
| Palate | A marriage of apricot and coconut flesh from the start with a large vanilla influence, vanilla not just from the American oak sap, but mostly from the casks’ previous dark rum contents. |
| Finish | A long Brown Sugar finish with chunks of butterscotch returning to apricot with a hint of Coffee. |
