Single Pot Still Marsala Cask 225 Litres ( New Make Triple Distilled, Great Northern Distillery)
We are delighted to have sourced a limited number of 225 litre Marsala casks from the Martinez winery in Sicily. These casks have been maturing Marsala for approximately 20 years. It was a dry Marsala – Marsala Superiore Secco that was previously matured in these casks. The casks were made from French oak and were checked at Great Northern Distillery before filling. The casks have been filled with new make, triple distilled single pot still spirit, distilled on the 8th of June 2021. Filled to cask on the 12th of June 2021 at Great Northern Distillery.
