Cariel Vodka
One of few vodkas made from a combination of wheat and barley. Winter Wheat from Swedish Farmer’s Association (SFA) in Västergötland, in south-west Sweden is made into the first distillate. Then small quantities of barley is crushed and blended with the wheat distillate and water. Barley is then steeped for 7-10 days. Liquid is then separated from the barley and distilled once more. Finally the barley distillate is blended with the pure wheat distillate and Vättern water.
