Martin Millers Gin
Awarded a Gold for Best Contemporary Gin at World Gin Awards 2021 and Gold Medal and 'Outstanding' at 2014 International Wine & Spirit Competition. Martin Miller's Gin is produced in a London Dry style, using a combination of traditional distilling methods allied to Martin's own take on distilling. The first half of the process takes place in England. Distillation takes place in a single still called Angelica, meaning only the middle cut is used in production and botanicals are added freely. The spirit is the transported to Iceland, where water is drawn from Martin's private spring and combines to create a soft, smooth spirit. Very citrus flavours with juniper on the finish.
