Potel Aviron, Beaujolais
Nicolas Potel has teamed up with his friend Stephane Aviron to produce a serious range of wines from the Beaujolais and Macon regions in Southern Burgundy. Reds are traditionally vinified and aged in oak and the whites also receive a little oak. Whilst Cote de Brouilly is more fruit driven and lighter in style, the Fleurie has more body. Old vines are used to increase depth and flavour.
Fresh and light Beaujolais Villages. Lightly crisp, with a mix of cherry, red fruits and herbs.
