Rivetto Barolo Leon Riserva
This Barolo is organic and biodynamic, and it is only made in the best vintages, which 2015 surely was. With its structure and body, it is extremely well suited to ageing and will develop over time even more. It has layers of flavours, from red berries, balsamic vinegar, leather and spice to truffle and earthy notes. With its fine grained but firm tannins and rich body, it is best decanted before drinking. An excellent accompaniment to beef, lamb, pasta with truffles or strong aged cheese.
