Springbank 11 Year Old Local Barley
A second release of the revived local barley series (the first being a 16 year old). Bere barley from the nearby Aros farm has been used for this 11 year old which apparently tastes older and more matured than the age statement would suggest. Traditional techniques were used in the production including malting on the distillery's own malting floor.
