Tanqueray Old Tom Gin
This was recreated using an old recipe of Charles Tanqueray from over 180 years ago. The botanicals are distilled with the gin in an old copper still aptly named 'Old Tom' and a little beet sugar is added to sweeten the spirit.
Like most Old Tom gins this is sweeter than a London Dry and is well suited to old classic cocktails like a Tom Collins or Martinez. It also makes a great Martini.
