The Dublin Liberties Distillery is a state of the art craft whiskey distillery, led by master distiller, Darryl McNally. Utilising 100% malted barley, Dublin Liberties source all their malt from Irish farmers and draw water from a well within the distillery. 

 

Darryl is recognized as one of the world’s leading technical experts on Irish Whiskey and his skill and progressive approach to whiskey-making are evident in the award-winning whiskeys he creates – pushing him to the forefront of the new wave of modern Irish whiskey-making.
