Nose The nose is intense and complex with rich aromas of cherries, blackberries, spices, and subtle hints of smoke.
Palate The palate is rich and full-bodied with an incredible balance and structure. The fruit and spice flavours on the initial palate carry into a long and mouthwatering finish.

Ageing With careful cellaring, this wine will continue to age and develop for the next 10 years.
Grape Variety 50% Sangiovese, 45% Corolino, and 5% Trebbiano and Malvasia.
Maturation Maturation takes place in French oak for 12 months and then a further 12 months in Slovenian oak.
