The name Pibran has a long association with premium Bordeaux wines. Originaly the esate was only 10ha in the Pauillac region, in 2001 they expanded the vineyards and now cover over 17ha. The wine is made in the state of the art winery of Pichon Baron and then matured in Chateua Pibran.
