Chateau de Santenay Saint Aubin En Vesvau Blanc
A very elegant and well balanced wine with notes of white peach, apricots and sweet vanilla. The Saint Aubin En Vesvau uses a traditional style of wine-making whereby the grapes are crushed in a pneumatic press. The must then settles and ferments in oak barrels for 12 hours before ageing in oak for 12 months. While this vintage is yet to be reviewed, other vintages have been highly reviewed by reputable sources such as Jancis Robinson, Decanter and Wine Enthusiast.
