Tasting Notes from Celtic Whiskey Shop and Wines on the Green
Nose Very pleasing aromas with some notes of toasty oak, cassis, blackberries and chocolate.
Palate The palate is dry and medium to full bodied. It has good acidity and medium, but finely balanced tannins. Classically Bordeaux-styled in character with flavours of cassis, pencil lead, minerals, and toasty oak. Shows good complexity and balance for this price range.
