Gran Barquero Oloroso
An Oloroso Sherry, that has been aged for 25-30 years, made exclusively from Pedro Ximenez grapes. Intense and complex aromas of raisin, dried apricot, walnuts, and mixed spice on the nose. On the palate it is concentrated and elegant, slightly off dry. Rich and velvety, with flavours of walnut, candied citrus peel, hint of saltiness with a long lingering finish. Perfect paired with mushrooms, artichokes, oxtail, or mature cheese.
