Eau De Vie

Translated directly (from French) Eau De Vie means "water of life". In appearance, it is clear (as the name suggests) and is essentially a distilled beverage that is made from fruit other than grapes. Some of the more commonly used fruits include raspberries, pears, apricots, cherries and peaches, but the possibilities are essentially endless!

 

Depending on the flavour and quality, these are fantastic in a cocktail or can be sipped neat!
