The latest vintage to come from the RD collection, the Bollinger R.D 2007 Release. This is a vintage from La Grande Annee which has been held back for extra ageing in the Bollinger cellars. All vintages are rare and relatively small quantity-wise. The 2007 blend consists of 64% Pinot Noir & 36% Chardonnay. Flavours of cooked fruit and brioche are supported by a fresh and lively acidity. All leading to a long and delightful finish.
