Celtic Cask Daichead a Do (42) 2009 Anima Negra Grain was distilled in the Republic of Ireland before an initial maturation in a first fill bourbon cask for 7 years. This was followed by 5 years maturation in a 4/5's full 225 litre Anima Negra Mallorcan Red Wine Cask. Expect juicy, caramel toffees, dried fruits, allspice, lots of body, red fruits, strawberries, cola, milk chocolate and vanilla flavours in this one!
