Celtic Cask Tríocha (30) 1991 29 Year Old Pedro Ximenez Cask Finish
Our second last cask of 1991 Single Malt that was double distilled on the island of Ireland. It was first matured in a refill bourbon barrel before partly being decanted into an old solera (resized) sherry cask that previously matured Pedro Ximenez sweet sherry in July 2015, then bottled in 2020.
