Nose Aromas of charcoal, smoked meats and of course there is intense creme de cassis aromas which are long associated with quality Pauillac.
Palate Very full bodied, powerful wine. Well intergraded and velvety tannins.

Making Techniques The fruit is macerated for 20 to 30 days and fermented at 28-32°C in temperature controlled, stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation takes place in tank. The wine is then aged in an average of 80% new, French oak barrels for 18 months.
